Our philosophy

Your health shouldn't be split across five apps and three experts.

Most people get diet advice from one place, workouts from another, and their lab results from a doctor with a few minutes to spare. None of it connects, and none of it fits a real work week.

Sofreh Health brings it together: a Registered Dietitian and certified trainer working from one plan, built around your calendar and the food you actually love.

sofreh
so-FREH
noun

A table spread for a shared meal, set with everything you need and a place for everyone.

One table, one plan

Nutrition, training and habits are built together, so you never get conflicting advice.

Clinical expertise

Care led by a Registered Dietitian with hospital ICU experience, comfortable with labs, medications and complex health histories.

Built around your calendar

Virtual sessions, travel and client dinners planned in, and check-ins between sessions.

Your food, your culture

No banned foods. We plan around the cuisines and traditions you grew up with, in your language when we can.

Who we care for

Built for people who run things.

Business owners, executives and parents give everything to their work and their families. Your health deserves the same level of expertise and attention.

Back-to-back days

Meetings until 3pm, dinner at 8, and a workout that keeps getting moved. We plan around your real schedule, not an ideal one.

Travel and client dinners

Steakhouses, airports, hotel breakfasts and conferences, each with a plan, so the week stays on track wherever business takes you.

A full house at home

School runs, practices and dinner for everyone else first. We build quick family meals that work for you and the kids, so your own nutrition stops coming last.

Results you can measure

More energy, better labs, real strength, and sharper focus. Clear targets and a clinician tracking your progress with you.

Questions

Before you book

What happens in the first session?

Your first session is all about getting to know you. Your dietitian will talk through your health history, current habits and goals, and start finding practical ways to move forward. You don't need to have everything figured out. Together you'll create a plan that feels realistic, personal and sustainable for your day-to-day life.

Are sessions in person or online?

All sessions are held by secure video, so you can meet from your office, home or hotel room.

Which states do you serve?

Nutrition counseling is available to clients located in California, New York and Texas during their sessions. Training coaching is available wherever you live.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Often, yes. Nutrition care is generally HSA/FSA eligible when it treats a specific condition diagnosed by a physician, such as high blood pressure, diabetes or obesity. Some plans ask for a letter of medical necessity from your doctor; we'll give you a superbill and help with the paperwork. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.

Do you take insurance?

Not yet. Today, sessions are private pay, and you'll receive a superbill after each session to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We're working toward in-network coverage; ask about the waitlist during your consultation.

What's the difference between Concierge and the Signature Program?

Both give you the same clinician and the same evidence-based approach. Concierge adds more frequent sessions, faster direct access, quarterly lab review, plans for travel and events, and partner sessions, for people who want the highest level of support.

Can my company cover this for our team?

Yes. We work with business owners who want to offer care to their leadership team or staff. Mention it during your consultation and we'll prepare a proposal.

What's the difference between a dietitian and a nutrition coach?

A Registered Dietitian has completed accredited graduate-level education, at least 1,200 supervised practice hours and a national board exam. That training covers medical conditions, lab values and clinical nutrition.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Late cancellations count as a completed session.
